Hi! I’m a seasoned specialist in Customer Experience, Strategy, and Operations, currently shaping the future of design with Canva. My career has been all about driving growth through customer-centric strategies and building new experiences that people love.

My enthusiasm for life on the move and growing businesses has led me to Canva, the world's fastest-growing design platform. As part of the team, I have the privilege of helping lead the execution of our company strategies.

In my past roles, I've led large teams of over 150 talented individuals across areas such as customer service, eCommerce production, finance, analytics, strategy and tech, all with a laser focus on delivering the ultimate customer experience (CX). Each day brings a fresh adventure, sparking conversations about data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation with anyone willing to engage.

Over the past decade, I've proudly partnered with high-profile organisations like THE ICONIC, Tourism Australia, Tourism & Events Queensland, BHP, the Australian Red Cross, and the Commonwealth Bank on groundbreaking initiatives. My background also includes a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, majoring in Marketing & Human Resources, and post-graduate studies in Digital Marketing Strategy from Harvard University Extension School.
